Non-Refundable Fees

Registration fees, admission fees, and application processing charges paid online are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refundable Fees

Tuition fees, annual charges, and transportation fees are eligible for refund as per the school withdrawal policy and CBSE guidelines.

Refund Processing Method

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the same card.
  • Net Banking/UPI: Credited to the source bank account.

Processing Timeline: 15-20 working days from approval.

Technical Payment Issues

For duplicate payments or transaction failures:

  • Submit a written application with the transaction ID.
  • Excess amounts will be adjusted or refunded within 20-25 working days.
